National Beta members from Frost School are celebrating their recent participation in the Louisiana Junior Beta State Convention. While members did not win any awards this year, they did walk away with knowledge of state level competition expectancies and are ready to take on next year’s competitions! This was our members first year to attend state convention after many years.
National Beta State Convention allows students the opportunity to compete in various academic and STEM-based, virtual and performing arts competitions. Our students competed in math, ELA, Spanish, poetry, musicology, quiz bowl, spelling bee, visual arts, and apparel design.
Mrs. Alexis would personally like to brag on our Junior Beta kids and their parents/chaperones as they represented Frost School with utmost dignity and respect. She is SO proud of all of them! These Beta students competed with their whole hearts and gained so much knowledge about competing at convention that we are excited to utilize in the future. We couldn’t have had this experience without the support of our community, so we thank you all so much for what you’ve given to help support Frost’s Beta clubs. We hope to continue to Beta Club bigger and better each year, as this year’s members have laid a solid foundation for growth. Beta members and Beta parents, you rock!
